This service is perfect for individuals who might need someone on hand around the clock for assistance but who prefer to stay at home, in their favourite chair. Whether you need long-term care, short-term support, or assistance after surgery, our dedicated carers are here to provide you with the highest standard of care.
What's included?
Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
Household Support: Light cleaning, laundry, and tidying up to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Meal Preparation: Nutritious meal planning and cooking based on dietary preferences or health requirements. Your carers will prepare meals with you, and eat with you if you wish.
Companionship: Engaging in conversation, playing games, and going out for walks to promote mental well-being and social interaction. Your carers are recruited locally and are matched with you based on similarities with your interests and preferences.
Medication Support: Supporting you to take your medications as prescribed.
Mobility Assistance: Support with getting in and out of bed, using walking aids, or moving around the home.

Our team will match you with a maximum of two carers, who will stay with you for one or two weeks at a time. This ensures that you have some variety but retains the consistency needed to build strong partnerships and not feel like a stranger in your own home.
We like our live in carers to have a valid driving license and access to their own vehicle, with business insurance as standard. That way you can hop in the car and have a change of scenery whenever it suits you!
What do I need at home to have this service?
To receive live in care, you will need a spare bedroom in your home where your carers can rest their heads.
Two sets of bed linen, which can be changed and washed by your carers when they are staying at your home.
How do I know if live-in care is right for me?
If you require assistance throughout the day and night, live-in care may be the perfect solution. We can assess your needs during a consultation to determine if it’s suitable.
Can I change my care plan once it’s in place?
Absolutely. Your care plan is flexible and can be adapted as your needs change.
