Staff
are carefully selected for their compassion, kindness and understanding and go
through an extensive vetting process which includes an enhanced disclosure and
barring check (DBS), work history, reference, and ID checks. Afterwards, and
regardless of their previous experience, they undergo a programme of training
which is led by our qualified, in-house instructors.
We
offer support with a range of tasks and activities from shopping and company at
appointments, to meal preparation, medication, and personal care. Our team are
trained in a way which promotes your independence, so you always feel in
control.
Once
you decide to partner with us in your care, our dedicated staff will work with
you to create a plan which is not only tailored to your needs but spoken in
your words.
