City Care Southwest was established in 2023 but its roots go back so much further. Having worked in social care for many years, together and separately, we had always talked about the challenges that staff face, how access to services is complex and difficult to navigate for people and that the idea of what care should be at its most fundamental level, was getting lost in translation.

With previous good and outstanding CQC inspections under our belts along with Good Ofsted inspections, we decided that care should, and could be better! City Care Southwest is committed to inspiring positive change in the Health and Social Care Sector, we want to be the change that is needed, and we invite you to join us.
