Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step, we provide the guidance and opportunities to help you build a rewarding long-term career with us. Check out our roles:

A Carer plays a vital role in supporting people to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. The role focuses on providing compassionate, person-centred assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, mobility, medication support, and companionship.

A Live-In Carer provides continuous, one-to-one support within a client’s home, offering both practical assistance and companionship around the clock. This role enables individuals to remain in familiar surroundings while receiving tailored care that fits naturally into their daily life.

Carers build meaningful relationships with the people they support, promoting independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing while respecting individual routines, preferences, and choices.

Responsibilities can include personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, medication support, and being present for reassurance and safety throughout the day and night as required.

Hannah and Paula are our wonderful Peer Mentors, here to guide, support, and encourage new team members as they settle into their roles. Both bring warmth, experience, and a genuine passion for care, helping others build confidence while staying true to the high standards of our service.

A Senior Carer combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, helping to guide and support other members of the care team. They continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while also overseeing day-to-day practice.

While they each have their own individual style, they both work within our shared policies and best-practice guidelines. They encourage new staff to develop their own way of working too, bringing out their unique personality while ensuring all care remains safe, professional, and compliant.

They play an important role in maintaining standards, encouraging professional development, and acting as a bridge between frontline carers and management. Reliability, confidence, and strong organisational skills are essential, alongside a continued passion for compassionate care.

A Practice Lead is an experienced professional who blends excellent care delivery with specialist leadership and operational responsibilities. They support and mentor staff, contribute to service improvement, and often take ownership of a particular focus area such as training, scheduling, community engagement, or quality assurance. Their role helps strengthen both the quality of care and the effectiveness of the organisation as a whole.

Caitlin is the friendly face behind the scenes who helps everything run smoothly day to day. As our Care Coordinator, she works closely with clients, families, and our care team to make sure support is organised, reliable, and truly person-centred. Caitlin has a natural talent for listening and problem-solving, and she takes pride in matching the right carers with the right people. Her calm, approachable nature means both staff and clients always feel supported, reassured, and in safe hands.
