- We pay weekly and we offer two types of employment, PAYE or Self Employed – this means that whether you are working with us exclusively, or you have clients of your own, you can still pick up shifts with us provided you have completed your induction and DBS. This opens the door for more people to work in our sector.
- We encourage active participation and feedback from clients and staff, and we don’t get offended easily. Good or bad feedback is always welcome as it helps us to make things better for everyone!
- We are passionate about helping people, so regardless of where they come from, we will give advice and support to anyone we meet. If we can’t help, we will signpost to someone who can!
- We want to improve the way that care is delivered, so we look at longstanding policy in care with a fresh set of eyes and see if beneficial changes can be made. We aren’t afraid to address big topics and we give our staff confidence to do this too.
